Religioucity or Spirituality

According to an article posted on ThisisAfrica.me, "in 2017, the state governments in Nigeria spent over $376,774,125 in sponsoring Nigerian muslims to hajj."

While countries like China and the United States that are supposedly  not as "religious" are spending on research and development, the giant of Africa spends money on religioucity.

A friend of mine once asked why so-called religious nations like Nigeria are so backward while the likes of China who have been tagged "pagans" are developed.  My answer to him was the these "pagan" countries are spiritual whole Nigeria is religious.

Religioucity according to my dico, is a strong followership of a belief. Spirituality on the other hand is a strong conviction in the existence of a Supreme being and the fact that we reap what we sow one way or the other.

My question is this,  how do we classify a mosque or church that disturbs its neighbors with noise pollution in the name of worshipping "God". The God I know would not answer the prayers of a set of people that are not fair to themselves even when they claim to be worshipping him.

The key difference between Religiosity and Spirituality to me would be doing unto others what you want done to you. After all,  none of us don reach heaven come back to know the accepted religion.

But what do I even know sef.
